Stephanie Joy Sweeney, DMD
Airway, Cosmetic & Laser Dentistry
Born and raised in Georgia, Dr. Stephanie Joy Sweeney is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia’s Honors College and the Medical College of Georgia. After refining her skills in advanced technology dentistry in North Carolina, she returned to Savannah in 2016 to open Savannah Dental and provide comprehensive, forward-thinking care to her community.
Community Involvement
Dr. Sweeney supports local organizations such as the Historic Savannah Foundation and the Jewish Educational Alliance. She also hosts an annual Mardi Gras-themed golf tournament benefiting the Oatland Island Wildlife Center.
Outside The Office
Dr. Sweeney enjoys life on the coast and can often be found surfing, kiteboarding, or sailing. She also loves traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. John McLoughlin brings more than 30 years of dental experience to the Savannah community. Originally from Bay Shore, Long Island, he practiced in his hometown for over three decades before relocating to Savannah, where he now provides a full range of family and cosmetic services using advanced technology and modern techniques.

Known for his compassionate approach and attention to detail, Dr. McLoughlin builds trust through thoughtful, personalized care. His goal is to help each patient feel confident and well cared for at every visit.
Outside The Office
Dr. McLoughlin enjoys boating with his family, playing tennis and golf, and staying active at the gym with friends.

Rylie Campbell, DMD
General & Implant Dentist With A Focus On Patient Trust
Dr. Rylie Campbell earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her dental degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Idaho State University, where she gained experience in implant and digital dentistry. Originally from California, Dr. Campbell was drawn to Savannah for its food, history, and Southern hospitality.
Patient Philosophy
Dr. Campbell believes building trust is the most important part of dentistry. Her focus is always on helping patients stay healthy and confident in their treatment decisions.

She loves supporting local restaurants and shops and enjoys spending time outdoors near the coast.
